About Me

I am a fast acting, skilled REAL ESTATE professional, licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maryland who specializes in residential and investment real estate with a trained eye and attention to detail.

Born and raised in York County, I am a graduate of Dallastown Area High School and the father of 3 daughters. I have over 35 years of management experience, over 20 in marketing and sales, and over 10 directly in the real estate industry. I also hold a Pennsylvania Auctioneers license.

As a member of the Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties, I am deeply involved in the community. In fact, in 2012 I was president of the association after serving on the board of directors and various committees.

My abundance of real estate knowledge makes me a great asset. I know what's important to buyers and sellers. I do it with a commitment to excellence and just plain hard work. It allows me to help others. That is my commitment to you!
